In the interest of preserving your time, I would not bother checking this until it is definite that additional AP will be coming ICANN’s way.  It is possible that the two warring parties might come to an 11th hour agreement amongst themselves, which would mean there would be no $ coming ICANN’s way.

Marilyn - I have to check the language but I believe we're specifically tasked in dealing with 'the at the time defined APs' but we must check this. Indeed, maybe the scoping extends to all potential APs of the current round.
