Thank you very much for volunteering for the new gTLD Auction Proceeds Cross Community Working Group (CCWG).  A first meeting of the CCWG will be scheduled for Thursday 26 January at 15.00 UTC (the call details will follow in a separate email). Please note that the timing and schedule of future meetings, including possible rotation, will be discussed during the first meeting. The call will be led by the co-chairs that have been appointed to date by the chartering organizations, namely Jonathan Robinson (GNSO) and Ching Chiao (ccNSO). Other Chartering Organizations are still in the process of selecting their respective members to the CCWG. In the meantime, please make sure to complete your statement of interest as well as declaration of intention, if you have not done so yet. Please contact the GNSO Secretariat (gnso-secs@icann.org) should you have any difficulties. You are furthermore encouraged to review the background materials related to this effort (see https://community.icann.org/x/1qDDAw) as well as the CCWG Charter (see https://community.icann.org/x/DJjDAw) prior to the first meeting. We are also looking into scheduling a communication tools classroom session for those that are new to ICANN Working Groups and want to learn more about how to use Adobe Connect or other participation tools that will be used during the course of the CCWG. Further details will follow in a separate email.
