Action item for CCWG members in preparation for 4 March meeting
Dear CCWG members, The next CCWG call is scheduled for Wednesday 4 March at 14:00 UTC. On the call, we will begin to review the public comments received on the proposed Final Report (https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/proposed-new-gtld-auction-procee...). The public comment period closed on 14 February and 12 comments were received. Staff has prepared a draft of the public comment review tool to facilitate the CCWG’s review of the comments (see link below). ACTION ITEM for CCWG members: Prior to the 4 March call, please review the comments in the draft public comment review tool: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ad9HMq36IKQJ4w6vEF6VRP7IbYT5Ss02q-cSvSn9.... Please insert comments in this document with suggestions about how to handle each of the comments received. For example, for a given comment you might want to suggest: * an edit to the proposed Final Report in response to the comment or * that the subject matter of a comment has been sufficiently covered by CCWG deliberations and therefore no additional action is needed or * that an issue raised in the comment covers a new subject that has not yet been considered by the CCWG and needs further discussion You will see some initial notes from staff in the column “Type of change suggested by commenter/Possible action and/or question for CCWG.” The co-chairs have not yet had a chance to review these notes and will add their input along with the members in the coming week. Please add your comments to the Google Doc no later than Wednesday 3 March at 14:00 UTC. If you have any questions, please share on the mailing list.
