REMINDER ACTION NEEDED / CCWG New gTLD Auction Proceeds update DOI question 6 if needed
Dear all,
From the action items on the 30th March 2017 call. This is a reminder for all CCWG New gTLD Auction Proceeds members and participants to review whether you have been correctly identified as possibly / definitely applying for auction proceeds per the response on your DOI to question 6.

Many thanks Terri .. Before updating my DOI I would like to seek advice regarding the need .. My initial response to Q6 of the DOI was 'No' .. Shall I replace that with the following: - I, personally, do not intend to apply for funding through the mechanism that is to be determined through the work of this CCWG .. - My employer, the National Telecom Regulatory Authority of Egypt, does not intend to apply for funding through the mechanism that is to be determined through the work of this CCWG .. - The SO/AC I'm affiliated with, the GAC, has not discussed this before and probably won't discuss it until Q10 of the charter is answered through the work of this CCWG .. The reason I'm asking is because the third point may apply to many other colleagues and I would like to know the direction for consistency .. Hi Manal, I asked a similar question to you on the call in the chat and directed it to Sam Eisner of Legal. Since Sam was not on Adobe Connect, Lauren Allison sent it to her and she responded with an Answer. Please check the adobe chat from the last call on this. As I recall she said that unless you were directly helping out one of your colleagues on the so/ac with preparing an application for funding than the answer would still be no.
