CCWG-AP meeting tomorrow - 26 June - 8:30 in Orangerie
Dear CCWG members, For the session tomorrow, we will use the attached version of the “homework assignment” document Marika sent on June 18th . The items have been reordered to help to ensure that important outstanding questions are addressed first. Looking forward to seeing many of you at 8:30 local time in Orangerie or on Zoom (details: https://65.schedule.icann.org/meetings/1058268) Kind regards, Emily From: Ccwg-auctionproceeds <ccwg-auctionproceeds-bounces@icann.org> on behalf of Marika Konings <marika.konings@icann.org> Date: Tuesday, 18 June 2019 at 10:49 To: "ccwg-auctionproceeds@icann.org" <ccwg-auctionproceeds@icann.org> Subject: [Ccwg-auctionproceeds] Homework assignment in preparation for ICANN65 (19 June meeting cancelled) Dear CCWG, We wanted to share the following updates with you in preparation for the CCWG’s F2F meeting at ICANN65: * Following the completion of your review of public comments received on the Initial Report, staff has gone ahead and applied the CCWG agreements by creating a draft Final Report for your review (see attached). As a reminder, you can consult the CCWG’s review of public comments and resulting CCWG agreements here: https://community.icann.org/x/zYMWBg. * In order to facilitate your preparation for the F2F meeting at ICANN65, which is scheduled for Wednesday 26 June from 8.30 – 12.00 local time (see https://65.schedule.icann.org/meetings/1058268 [65.schedule.icann.org]<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__65.schedule.icann.org_m...>), tomorrow’s CCWG meeting will be cancelled. * We do request you to use this time to review the draft Final Report and prepare your responses to the outstanding issues that have been flagged in the report and for your convenience have been listed separately in the other document attached. Addressing these outstanding questions will be the focus of the F2F meeting so please do come prepared – ideally you share your input with the mailing list prior to the meeting to facilitate the deliberations. * To facilitate further review of the different mechanisms as well as clarify characteristics that all mechanisms have in common, with the assistance of our comms colleagues, staff has created the attached graphics. Please take particular note of items flagged as for CCWG discussion. Any comments/input you have on these graphics is of course welcome. We hope that eventually the final versions of these can be included in the Final Report to illustrate to the broader community the similarities as well as differences between the different mechanisms. We look forward to receiving your feedback. Safe travels and looking forward to seeing many of you at ICANN65.
