Kavouss Arasteh:The speaker talked about the costs of internal entity but external could have more costs than internal .Moreover, are are compromising between the quality and successfulness or just we are worried about the cost. Itshould be tradeoff between the two Marc Gauw:A bit more clarification on the '5 - 10 %' : many external foundation work with donations on a 'tax-exempt' status.
