Friday may be an option depending on the GAC agenda on that day, which is still not clear ..

Indeed Manal, I like to have the core team, those that always participate together. I noticed that Alan can't arrange a meeting on this Friday neither. I just had a chat with Marika and we will recommend to keep the two Thursday slots but to allow one to be turned into a purely working meeting (reviewing schedules, checking that nothing was overlooked etc), if too many from our team can't participate.
