We would like to inform you that the Proposal is currently under review by ICANN and we expect to provide a reply to the members shortly.

We also wanted to let you know that ICANN has received statements of interest related to the Chinese LGR work from three (3) additional individuals that are currently not listed in the proposed membership list:

·         QiChao - qichao@cnnic.cn - China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) in Beijing, China

         On 14^th March, CGP held the joint meeting with CDNC, elected chair and drafted the outline of proposal.

         Now we have finished the CGP proposal and submit it for review and approval.

         We noticed that there are still volunteers applying to join the panel, we will update the information in Chapter 2 synchronously with ICANN .

         Please feel free to inform us of your suggestions and comments on the proposal.
