Dear Wang Wei and CGP colleagues,

I should make no comment about the implementation, as I have conflict of interest as a result of my membership of the 2012 String Similarity Panel.

Unofficially, however, I am delighted to see this result of your long and hard work.

Life is good at the British Library and you are welcome to visit when passing through London. I miss my ICANN work with all of you and the warm welcome you gave me.

With every best wish,

Chris.

Dear all

Kenny, Naiwen, Yaling and I drafted the CGP statement in concern with the Chinese single character TLD issue.

I have created a google doc for every one to co-edit or comment, please feel free to input your insights.
