Could you tell CGP, JGP, KGP members how to join the meeting
remotely - especially, adobeconnect room URL and phone# ?

Could you tell such information to Sarmad as well?

We need to prepare for and pre-check the meeting facility
such as remote tool, projector, and phone before the meeting
starts. What time can we come in the meeting room?
Can we have your phone# to call you just in case?
