Dear Wang Wei,
I gave the updated document a slow proofread this morning. As you can see, I found little substantial, but I added a few comments.
I think it addresses most of the points in the IP’s document, although “critical code points for modern use”, a final decision on hanja and possibly
“user communities for gathering public comments” may need a little more work.
Looking forward to seeing you in London, which is experiencing something of a heat wave,
Regards,
Chris.

Subject: [ChineseGP] new version of CGP Proposal
Dear all
ICANN gave us some comments in early May (attached PDF)
Targeting those comments, some members revised the proposal as the attached DOCX.
Please give your valuable suggestions.
Chris, we are in great need of your native-English help.
Regards
Wang Wei
