Hi all,
As I haven't received any request for time change so far, let's tentatively set or meeting as
starts at 14:00 15/May and adjourns at 16:00 16/May
If you will attend the meeting partially, please let me know what time you will be with us.
I've heard from Kenny that he won't make it on 15/May
Regards, Hiro

Dear all,
Now, it's time to fine-tune our meeting schedule.
from PM on Friday 15/May to 15:00 on Saturday 16/May JGP representatives can make it if the meeting starts at 14:00 15/May and adjourns at 16:00 16/May considering the flight schedule.
Now, may I have your preferred start-time and adjournment-time of our Seoul meeting?
current proposal : starts at 14:00 15/May and adjourns at 16:00 16/May
If you want to have a shorter meeting, please propose the specific start time and the closure time. let's decide by end of Tuesday 21/April.

Dear colleagues in CGP, KGP, JGP,
Considering the responses so far, let me propose that representatives from CGP, KGP and JGP will meet in Seoul from PM on Friday 15/May to 15:00 on Saturday 16/May.
So far, as far as I remember, the following folks responded affirmatively in attending the CJK meeting in Seoul from PM on Friday 15/May to 15:00 on Saturday 16/May. And some expressed their intention to join remotely.
CGP Wang Wei Chris Dillon
KGP KIM Kyongsok
JGP Hiro Hotta Yoshiro Yoneya Yuri Takamatsu
We need to fix the dates/venue pretty soon, because the dates are just one month away.
May I propose that if no big issue on dates/venue is raised by Friday 17/April, we fix the dates/venue ? Meanwhile, please share who from CGP and who from KGP will attend. JGP will send the above 3 folks.
In addition, may I ask Prof. KIM to secure a meeting room with Internet facility i Seoul?
Thanks and Regards, Hiro
As CGP and JGP discussed in Dallas, we have produced tow versoins of repertoire and variant table. We will send them out to JGP after the fortnight meeting at tomorrow afternoon. That's a great news! I'm looking forward to your revised table.
As to the Seoul meeting,
option-2 : pm on Friday 15/May and am (or possibly till 15:00) on Saturday 16/May will work for all 3 CJK Chairs with some others who already responded to my proposal. I'll send a separate mail to all of us regarding the meeting date.
Regards, Hiro

Dear professors,
Thank you for your response.
Dear all,
It's usually not easy (almost imporrisible) for all the important people to gather together.
It seems the below are the possible options where at least one important person from KGP can join.
Option-a 1 day on 29/April Prof. Lee OK Option-b 1.5 days during 15/May-17/May Prof. Kim OK
After hearing from CGP, let's see how we can arrange the dates.
Regards, Hiro
