Please DO NOT implement this proposed change to the .biz registry agreement. You are going to make prices skyrocket and stifle innovation. People use the .biz for everything and this will cause personal website, businesses and everyone to get to a point where you must get financial backing just to create your own domain. Please DO NOT IMPLEMENT!!!
