As a small business owner, the current rate for the .biz domain is affordable for me to promote my sole proprietorship. If the rate for this were to be uncapped, I might not be able to maintain my web presence, which would directly harm my business.
Please consider the needs of small businesses like mine, that net a small profit, as opposed to the big corporations this might affect.
