I would like to express my objection to the proposed removal of the price cap on the .biz domain for wholesale domain registrars like Public Interest Registry (PIR). The Internet is a utility, and given PIR’s position as a natural monopoly,
costs must be controlled by government oversight to protect citizens and businesses.
