Dear Sir/ M'am , .biz domains offer a true alternative to other domains. They are also cost effective. So increasing costs just because 'you can'  ,could well backfireas users could possibly stop using the .biz domain. It seems a bad move to me and could well spell the end of .bizdue to increased costs.
