I strongly disagree with the proposed changes to the .biz Registry agreement. The current agreement is sufficient for the needs of the domain and helps prevent price-gouging which begins at ICANN level. ICANN has a moral and fiduciary responsibility to the current and future domain registrants. Randall Berkeley
