I am not for the Proposed Agreement 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement between ICANN and Verisign for the following reasons: 1. Much more transparency is needed with respect to how the $20 million dollars wil be spent to support ICANN’s domain name system initiatives. 2. Very concerned about price increases, commerce and connection for current and future domains and businesses stemming from this proposed agreement. Please rethink your stance on this proposal. I am against the increase that was proposed. I have multiple domains and have yet to see a valid argument for why the price increase benefits me, or other businesses. Please reconsider. Dan Weston California

Greetings, I am a small business owner and a registrant of multiple .com domain names. The current rate of $7.85 is already far more than justified. I am a registrant of a .com domain name. I am against the proposed price increase to .COM domains. No one other than Verisign want increases in .COM prices. The current rate of $7.85 is already far more than justified. Verisign is merely your manager of the .COM Registry – it has no business dictating the price.
