Having read the proposed amendment 3 to the .COM registry agreement, I have to oppose it.

 

The compounded increases of 7% annually over a 10 year period would put the wholesale, and therefore the retail, cost of .COM domains totally out of range with the services performed by ICANN.

 

To support such increases I would have to see more detailed cost breakdown of ICANN that could justify such increases given ICANN has assets of almost $500 million dollars.
