Internet is supposed to be an infrastructure free of mafia-like control, inclusive and should invite participation. This move by ICANN goes against the fundamental philosophy of internet making it unavailable for users with lesser financial means, especially from lower-income countries from participating in the internet movement.

I urge you to reconsider this discriminatory move.
