To whom it may concern,

I am shocked and appalled this Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM registry is even being proposed and considered. There is absolutely NO justification to why there should be any increase for a .COM domain. I work with many individuals and small businesses in my daily work as a Freelancer and this WOULD affect their businesses, including mine, and decisions that they make moving forward for no other reason other than greed. 

ICANN should think long and hard about the true purpose of this proposal and make the correct decision of completely throwing it out.
