Dear ICANN,

It is difficult for me to understand the reasons behind remarkable increase in the prices for .COM, planned over next decade. I just want to express my concern over the easy access of domains to new website builders over the forthcoming years.

I am also a website developer and I am very concerned about such developments. Therefore, this is in response to the Proposed Amendment 3 for .COM domains Registry Agreement.
