To whom it may concern,

           In this everchanging world of the internet era, the one saving grace over the years for small businesses was to be able to have a presence on the internet. Albeit a small presence but one nonetheless. Increases to .com naming will once again leave large corporations who use there ,com names to make millions and millions of dollars once again gaining the advantage over small businesses trying to survive. This seems to be a neverending story and bow for something as little as having naming rights to a website tour increases will once again cripple small businesses only to be swallowed up by larger conglomerates. This is not a change that should be made.
