As a .COM owner and Internet user, I oppose Amendment 3 as:

1. The cost increase is substantial

2. Competition in the market place will drastically reduce as smaller .COM registrars will be unable to compete against a single larger competitor

3. The cost increase will affect small and medium businesses in both the developing and developed world

4. The agreement is being made by parties without input from the larger Internet community, who are the largest users and benefactors of the Internet
