I have already often had to register a domain under an alternative to .com due to the high cost. I would be more understanding if the price increases were earmarked to ensure they were spent on ensuring the reliability and health of the system. Instead, it is likely going to be pocketed by a few who already take too much money from developers, business owners, and hobbyists without any transparency. Please reconsider how this amendment is written and provide a copy that makes it hard for a large business to grab our cash and run with little to show for it. Thank you.
