Hello, I am writing to voice my opposition to Proposed Amendment 3.

This will make the internet more exclusive and less inclusive. More corporate and less public.

I support the original intention of the internet as a democratic space for the free sharing of ideas and information.

This requires a low barrier to entry, so that as many people as possible can participate.

Please reject this proposed amendment.
