Dear Icann,

In a day and age when the cost of technology continues to become less and less expensive as economies of scale are realized, it seems very odd that you would propose raising your own fees for the work you do in the Internet.   Fee increases only fatten pockets while decreasing innovation.  It’s a lose-lose in the end. 

Please keep things competitive for those who use your services every day.   It’s the right thing to do, now and in the long run.
