I'm opposed to this proposed amendment. Seems like a closed door way to generate more money for yourselves when you have a monopoly on the service. You should be regulated like a utility and if you pull nonsense like this, that's exactly what's going to happen.

Keep the internet open. If you want to charge a premium price for something, offer a premium service like everyone else.
