To whom it may concern:

This propose increase is worrisome in many ways. First, the lack of public consultation speaks of backdoor corporate wangling; second, the price increases are going to affect those of us in the developing world disproportionately, making the internet even more unequal.

I would urge you to please reconsider this amendment.
