To create a proposal or plan without getting input from the people it effects is the first clue your proposal is not created in the best interest of others. This proposal is unnecessary and should not be implemented. PRICE INCREASES are not needed. I hold no hope that my comment will make much difference in this unnecessary money driver proposal.
