I read about the recent changes in ICANN's contract with Verisign in regards to operating the .com TLD. While it is reasonable for a TLD operator to wish to raise the registration price, I strongly believe these changes and negotiations should be made in the open.

These matters affect everyone on the internet. Learning after the fact that ICANN negotiated a deal that will result in significant price increases to .com is very unfortunate. Please consider adopting a more transparent and open process.
