The proposed increases in the price of .com domains will inevitably be to the disadvantage of small, private users of the internet. In other words, the increases will (a) Lead to the exclusion of many such users, and (b) Serve only the interests of the elite, for whom the increases will be immaterial.

I strongly urge you to remember that the opportunities of the internet are supposed to be fully open to everyone, not just the rich.
