I am very much opposed to entering a secret contract with Verisign that allows them price increases over ten years without any competitive pricing pressure. My research indicates they have a very low fixed cost to manage the domain registry and the fact they have gained your compliance with a $20 million return to ICANN is disturbing Federal government “practice”.
