To whom it may concern,

I have one thing to say and a few questions:

 

First I don’t agree with the price raise. Specially of an intangible good that basically masks an IP address and should not even be sold in the first place.

 

My questions would be:

 

How do you justify this?

 

How are you accountable to the public about your increase and where the money is actually going?

 

What are the benefits for the end user?
