I don’t agree with the deal, the costs of actually processing the domains is getting lower, and the deal only wants to benefit a monopoly and get a piece of pie for ICANN, just because the  current rules were set by another administration is not a valid reason, that’s a vendetta, ICANN should keep as non profit and protect the internet, not their pockets or a company operating in monopoly.
