Hello,
I am against allowing Verisign and ICANN to increase prices for .com
domains.
This is something that will allow them to reap additional revenue
from larger domains while hurting the smaller domain owners like
myself that are driving innovation and growth word wide.
It is only because .com names are affordable that many people can
start and online presence outside of a platform like Facebook.
Increasing the fees raises the barrier to entry and will funnel more
people to platforms.
This ham-fisted money grab is a case of killing the goose that lays
golden eggs.
Please do not allow it to go forward.
Thank you,
Ray
