Dear Mr. Marby, et al.

 

I’ve been purchasing .com domain names since before I could drive. I have a lot invested in domain names, and I’m concerned about this proposed change. This is a slippery slope, which could very well end in ICANN’s losing oversight, given the already mounting controversy.

 

Remember that in the end the customer is boss. When organizations lose sight of that they fail.
