As I have seen no details of the proposed "initiatives" to be undertaken with increased money from registry services, I can only assume the worst and must therefore strongly oppose price increases, especially since the .com domain is so ubiquitous a presence and MUST remain as accessible as possible to all. I view any unnecessary barriers—including financial barriers—to registry in the .com domain as an infringement on the open nature of the internet and on my personal rights.
