I acknowledge that there needs to be a proper process for adjusting .com prices. However, 7 percent in each of the final four years of each six-year period is far too high. It sets a dangerous precedent for rapidly increasing costs. Downstream impacts will include a reduction in individuals buying .com domains, negative effects on entrepreneurship, and an ultimate devalue of the internet.

Please reconsider this proposal.
