I oppose Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement.  This increases costs for all users with no visible benefit.  The sole benefit seems to be to increase profits at a monopoly provider. As a user of DNS and as an owner of DNS .com entries, I receive no benefit whatsoever for the increased costs.  In the world of electronics and computing, services consistently DECREASE in costs and DNS costs should be dropping in the same way.
