Dear Sirs/Madams,

I am writing to formally complain about the significant changes recently made in the contract with Verisign.  These changes were made in secret, without consulting or incorporating feedback from the ICANN community or Internet users. Although ICANN has a history of making similar deals behind closed doors, and also of ignoring unified opposition against such action, this is not okay.  I am writing to publicly denounce the price increases that will harm internet users and are anti-democratic. 

Cancel this decision immediately.
