Dear ICANN,

I am vehemently opposed to the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement.

The forthcoming price increases for use of .COM domains without any clearly stated plan for how those funds will be used to benefit the internet as an ecosystem are preposterous.

Please refrain from closed door deals that only serve to enrich the few at the expense of the many.
