I’m writing to express my concern with this proposal. Allowing price hikes for 8 of the next 10 years is outrageous, and quite literally giving Verisign freedom to exploit customers.

Additionally, with no clear definition of how the additional funds will be used; whether it will truly bring about improvements for customers, this seems like a proposal that is not focused on the best interest of customers. ICANN needs to do a better job preserving the interests of customers!
