I am voting against the amendment 3 .com domain because for several reasons as follows:
1. ICANN has made these changes in secret, without consulting or incorporating feedback from the ICANN community or Internet users.
2. This will harm us, the customers and the Internet as a whole.
3. The main motto is to raise the .COM wholesale domain prices by more than 70% over and above current prices over the next decade, which is unacceptable.
4. The contract also allows for other price increases, which could drive prices up further, ultimately making .COM domains less accessible and more expensive for everybody, which is also unacceptable.
5. These changes will have significant impact on the Internet for years to come, and only ICANN and Verisign have participated in this decision. This is utterly unacceptable.
So, as a web developer, I vote against this decision and raising a demand to delete this amendment and ask the other companies and internet communities and users to participate in a discussion before amending any rule.
