ICANN and Verisign,

I oppose the proposed amendment 3, as it gives you as a monopoly wholesale operator the ability for substantial price rises well in excess of CPI.

If anything your wholesale prices should be falling because of greater economies of scale, and you can reinvest the difference into security and updates.

There has been insufficient cause shown for the proposed amendment and just looks like a huge financial windfall for Verisign and ICANN. 

The amendment should be withdrawn.
