The internet was created to be free. The cost of technology and managing these kinds of mechanisms are decreasing. It is unfair to exploit the masses for more and more - when many of these URLs can cost as much as $50 each.

If anything these domains should be decreasing in cost. I oppose the increase in cost of domains for these reasons.
