I do not support the amendment as written. I have a software engineer building web services for over a decade.

I believe that raising prices on .com TLDs is necessary, but the amendment allows raising prices too quickly, and should provide better caps on pricing adjustments.

Furthermore I do not support Verisign receiving any more power over .com domains, nor its ability to gain even more control prices for .com domains.
