I oppose amendment 3 to the Registry agreement with Verisign.

You should not make changes that ultimately hurt a large portion of the .com owners, many of whom, like me, do not make substantial (if any) income from their domain ownership.

These increases ultimately create a less diverse and less accessible internet. Future plans should be made with transparency rather than secrecy.
