I understand your need to continue to make profits.

Thats why we are all in business. 

But please limit your increases and spread them over longer period,

such as a raise every 5 years at 10%.

Million of small businesses that are the backbone of the nation 

rely on keeping our expenses to a minimum.

We as a company barely make enough to still in person.

We've had to lay off employees in the last 2 years.

Please help us all stay in business for the good of the nation.
