Hello,
My name is Rick Nash. I have several .com addresses, some
Since the mid 90’s. It has come to my attention that Verisign
Will be allowed to become a domain registrar, and will be
Also allowed to increase .com prices by 70% (maybe more)
Over the next 10 years. I feel that the current price is fair
Enough (lets face the facts, domains don’t cost a lot to manufacture).
I’m retired at this point, and the proposed increase will cause a
Hardship for me. It was my understanding that ICANN’s role was to
promote competition, and keep prices affordable. I respectfully ask
that you deny Verisign this bid to increase .com rates.
Thank you.
Rick Nash
